Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry muffins

1 cup white whole wheat flour
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
170 grams low fat vanilla yogurt
1 egg
54 g unsweetened apple sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
112 g frozen blueberries

Recipe Directions for Blueberry muffins

Combine dry ingredients. Combine wet ingredients in separate bowl. Mix blueberries into dry mixture, then add wet mixture. Bake 14-16 minutes at 375 degrees.
