A healthier version! A little dense but still very tasty!

Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry Muffins

2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
0.5 cup Apple Sauce Unsweetened Organics
3 tbsp 100% Liquid Egg Whites
0.5 cup Sugars, Granulated
0.75 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
0.3 oz Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
1 cup Blueberries
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tsp, ground Flaxseed

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Muffins

Mix dry ingredients in one bowl, and wet ingredient in another. Make a well in the dry ingredients bowl, and pour in wet ingredients. Mix, it's okay if it's a bit lumpy. Fold in blueberries, and scoop into muffin tin. For regular size muffins, bake for 12-16 minutes at 400 degrees, or for mini muffins bake at 400 for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
