Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry muffins

2 cup White Wings Enriched All Purpose Flour, Bleached
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
6 oz splenda essentials with fiber
6 oz splenda essentials with fiber
4 Teaspoon Baking Powder
2 large Egg, Whole
160 mL Great Value unsweetened applesauce
0.67 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
2 cup raw Blueberries
4 oz splenda essentials with fiber
0.5 cup Sugars, Granulated
0.5 stick Margarine, Regular, Unspecified Oils
3 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for Blueberry muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 400 and line muffin pan with paper bakin liners or spray with non fat cooking spray.

  2. Set aside margarine, 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup splenda for topping.

  3. Combine flour, splenda and baking powder in a bowl.

  4. whisk together egg, milk, and applesauce. Add to flour mixture.

  5. Rinse blueberries and fold into flour mixture about 1/2 cup at a time until blended.

  6. Mix sugar, splenda, cinnamon and buter until crumbly.

  7. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full and sprinkle topping over each.

  8. Bake in 400 degree preheated oven for 20-25 mins or until done
