Good way to get the kids to eat some good-for-you blueberries.

Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry Muffins

6 serving All-Purpose Flour
0.5 cup Sugars, Granulated
2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
0.5 tsp Sea Salt
1 large Egg, Whole
0.5 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
56 7/10 grams Canola Oil, Refined, Organic

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Muffins

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Either grease bottoms of muffin cups or use paper liners.

  3. Mix all dry ingredients in a separate bowl.

  4. Beat eggs and then mix eggs, milk and oil together by hand.

  5. Stir in dry ingredients just until they are moistened. It is ok to be lumpy.

  6. Stir in drained blueberries.

  7. Divide into muffin cups and cook 20-25 minutes.

  8. Serve warm.
