2 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
3 oz Pure Cane Sugar
0.5 tsp Baking Powder
0.5 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
1 large Egg, Whole
2 large Egg, White
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Muffins, Joni's

Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a 2 cup measuring cup add milk, oil, eggs, vanilla extract. Give it a quick stir to break up the eggs then pour into the dry ingredients. Stir just until it comes together and no more. Fold in blueberries. Makes 12 muffins.
