These are Bobby Deen's lighter blueberry muffins, except I reduced the sugar and added stevia.

Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry Muffins (Bobby Deen)

1 cup Flour
3/4 cup Flour
1 cup, unthawed Blueberries
4 oz Stevia
4 tablespoon Butter
1/2 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
4 oz Greek Yogurt
1 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Muffins (Bobby Deen)

Preheat the oven to 400f. Mix all the dry ingredients (including baking soda and baking powder) and cut the butter in until the mixture is crumbly, and beat the wet ingredients together. Add wet mixture into dry mixture until well blended. Fold in the blueberries and add to muffin tins. Bake for 20 minutes.
