Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry Muffin (lowfat)

2 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Unbleached
0.67 cup Sugars, Granulated
1/8 tsp Baking Powder
12 tsp Leavening Agents, Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt, Table
1/4 cup Egg Beaters
3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1.75 container Light
1.7 cup, unthawed Blueberries

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Muffin (lowfat)

Add dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients together. Fold into dry. Do not over mix as it toughens the dough. Bake at 400 until a toothpick comes out clean. About 10 to 20 minutes depending on size.
