Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry Loaf

1 1/2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 cup yellow corn meal
1/2 cup sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cup blueberries
1 cup skim milk
1 large egg
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon grated orange rind
1 teaspoon sugar

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Loaf

  1. Heat oven 425 and bake for 45 minutes.

  2. mix dry ingredients.

  3. Then wet ingredent.

  4. Blueberries last.

  5. The teaspoon sugar sprinkle on top of loaf
