1/2 cup oatmeal
2 large eggs
1/2 cup blueberries
3 tbs half and half

  1. Mix first 3 ingredients and bake in small loaf pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes

  2. Enjoy with coffee and 3 tbs half & half
