3 cups flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 cup sugar, 3 tablespoon cooking oil, 1/2 cup chopped nuts, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 4 teaspoon baking

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Lemon Loaf

sift together 3 cups of flour, baking powder and salt. beat eggs well and add sugar, milk, oil, vanilla and lemon juice. Add dry ingreients, mixing just to blend. Combine bluberries, nuts and 1 tablespoon flour. stir into batter. bake at 350 degrees 1 hour or less. Put in 2 greased loaf pans
