Nutritious and easy! Good foundation for more smoothy recipes. This one is the lowest in calories for my Kefir smoothies though.

LowFat Strawberry Kefir
Forti-Flax Ground Flax Seed

Recipe Directions for Blueberry & Kefir Smoothy

  1. 1/2 cup lowfat Kefir (strawberry or plain)

  2. 1/4 cup frozen blueberries

  3. 1 teaspoon ground flax

  4. 1/2 cup water

  5. 1 packet Truvia

  6. 2 ice cubes

  7. Blend in a Magic Bullet or basic Blender..... drink asap.
