More green smoothie fodder for the vitamix. This is a very "clean" tasting smoothie, and very hydrating.

Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry kale smoothie

2 cups blueberries
2 cups kale, chopped
2 tbsp raisins
2 tbsp honey
1 pinch salt
2 tbsp vinegar, kombucha actually
2 cups water
1/4 cup celery

Recipe Directions for Blueberry kale smoothie

Throw it all in the blender, and press "on". When well-blended, throw in some ice. When that's blended in, yer done.
