Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry Health Muffins

3 cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
202 grams Oats, Rolled, Regular Old Fashioned
24 tsp Light Brown Sugar
4 oz Pure Canola Oil
2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
2 serving Salt
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 cup, thawed Blueberries
1 cup Shelled Walnuts

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Health Muffins

Mix wet then dry then fold into dry followed by Nuts and oats then finally blueberries..DONT Over Mix!!!
