Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry Green Tea Smoothie

0.5 cup, unthawed Blueberries
1 tea bag 100% Natural Green Tea
6 oz Activia Light Fat-Free Vanilla Yogurt
0.5 oz Almonds
1 tbsp, ground Flaxseed
8 oz Water

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Green Tea Smoothie

  1. Boil 1/2 cup water and pour over tea bag. Steep for 4 minutes then refrigerate overnight.

  2. Mix all ingredients in a blender with 1 1/2 cups ice cubes until smooth.
