can try 1/2 ww flour and 1/2 unbleached flour use plain non fat yogurt forgot to add 1/4 tsp salt spray a round pan with non stick cooking spray preheat oven to 350 degrees F

Recipe Ingredients for blueberry gingerbread diabetic

18 tbsp flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp baking powder,double acting
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup molasses
1/2 cup blueberries

Recipe Directions for blueberry gingerbread diabetic

  1. mix flour ,ginger.sugar, baking powder,baking soda

  2. and salt in medium flour

  3. mix yogurt and molasses in a small bowl

  4. mix 1/2 cup boiling water and yogurt mixture into flour mixture

  5. pour into round pan and sprinkle blueberries on top

  6. bake 20-25 mins
