Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry Flaxseed Muffins (Microwave)

1/4 cup blueberries
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup heavy cream
3 tbsp. butter
1 egg
3/4 cup flaxseed

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Flaxseed Muffins (Microwave)

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together,

  2. Add all wet ingredients

  3. Add fresh blueberries

  4. 3 packets Splenda can be added for additional sweetness

  5. Place in a microwave muffin pan and cook 3 minutes, add cream cheese or butter and you have a great breakfast on the go
