Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry Flax-Oatmeal Muffins

1 1/4 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup flaxseed meal
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 tbs sugar
1 tbs baking powder
1/4 cup 1% milk
3/4 cup soy milk
3 tbs applesauce
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbs oil
1 1/4 cups frozen blueberries

  1. Mix wet and dry ingredients separately, combine and fold in frozen blueberries.
