Different version of chocolate chip energy bars The yogurt was used in place of 4T oil and the 4 egg whites were used in place of 2 eggs.

Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry Energy Bars

2 cup rolled oats
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup all bran cereal
1 teaspoon ginger
4 egg whites
2/3 cup applesauce
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup brown sugar
4 tablespoons fat free plain yogurt
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup dried blueberries

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Energy Bars

  1. Press into sprayed jelly roll pan.

  2. Bake 325 til slightly browned around edges.
