Blueberry Crumble - use 1 cup smart Balance marg.

Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry Crumble

5 cups blueberries
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup Splenda
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1/3 cup flour
2/3 cup oats
1/4 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Crumble

  1. place berries in greased casserole.

  2. sprinkle with lemon juice, cinnamon & half the sugar

  3. crumble remaioning ingredients in bowl and sprinkle on top.

  4. bake at 350 deg. for 30-35 min.

  5. 16 1/2-cup servings
