1c ww flour 1 c white flour 1/2 c sugar 1 1/2 tsp bakingpowder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 pinch salt 3 oz cream cheese 2 tsp lemon juice 2 tsp vanilla 2 whole eggs 1/4 c butter 1/2 c mmilk 1 c blueberries

4 serving Flour
1 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
3 oz Neufchatel
0.5 cup Sugars, Granulated
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1 serving Baking Powder
6 oz Blueberries
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 dash Salt, Table
2 Teaspoon Juice
2 medium Egg, Whole
0.5 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
0.25 cup Butter

Recipe Directions for blueberry cream cheese muffins

combine dry and set aside. cream egg, sugar cream cheese, lemon juice, vanilla until smooth. slowly add butter and milk. add dry ingredients and mix until blended. add blueberries and bake @350* for 15 min.
