Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry compote

8 cup, unthawed Blueberries
0.33 cup Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
1 tbsp Corn Starch
3/4 cup sugar

Recipe Directions for Blueberry compote

  1. Cook 1/2 berries with sugar and lemon juice for 5 minutes

  2. Add the rest of the berries and bring back to a simmer

  3. Mix corn starch with cold water and add to the berry mixture.

  4. cool and refrigerate

  5. 1/2 cup= 1 serving
