1 cups Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
2 t. Leavening Agents, Baking Powder, Low-sodium
1 t. Leavening Agents, Baking Soda
1 c. Sugars, Granulated
1 t. Vanilla Extract
1 c. Blueberries
1 c. Walnuts, Black, Dried
1 c. Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1 c. Sugars, Brown
2 T. Butter

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Coffee Cake Low Fat

  1. 1.Mix all ingredients for batter folding in blueberries in last, be gentle.

  2. 2.Combine topping ingredients.

  3. 3.Preheat oven to 375.

  4. 4.Butter or spray with cooking spray, 9 x 9 inch pan.

  5. 5.Pour batter in, sprinkle topping and spread evenly over cake. Bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes.
