Homemade blueberry cobler. serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry Cobbler

2 cups blueberries
1 1/2 cup water
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2/3 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Cobbler

  1. cook blueberries in water til soft.

  2. Melt butter/margarine in bottom of baking dish.

  3. Pour in blueberries

  4. Sprinkle with nutmeg.

  5. Mix sugar, flour, baking powder, milk, vanilla, and salt.

  6. Pour over berries.

  7. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of sugar on top.

  8. Put pats of butter on top.

  9. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
