Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry Cheesecake Cupcakes

1 cup, crushed Cookies, Graham Crackers, Plain Or Honey
2 tsp Becel Regular Margarine
500 grams Cream Cheese Light
0.75 cup Sugars, Granulated
2 large Egg, White
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
0.13 cup Wild Maine Blueberry Syrup

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Cheesecake Cupcakes

  1. heat over to 325

  2. mix butter with graham crackers

  3. put graham cracker mix into lined cupcake tray

  4. press down firmly using a small cup

  5. cook for six minutes, allow to cool for ten minutes

  6. whip cream cheese until frothy (approx 4 minutes)

  7. add sugar and whip

  8. add eggs individually while whipping

  9. add vanilla

  10. pour cream cheese mix onto cooled graham cracker crust

  11. place drops of blueberry syrup on top of cupcakes

  12. using a toothpick swirl into designs

  13. bake for 22-25 minutes

  14. let cool for one hour

  15. refrigerate three hours before serving
