Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry Cake

6 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Cream, Sour, Cultured
1.25 cup Gold Medal Unbleached All Purpose Flour
3 cup Blueberries
0.75 cup Sugars, Granulated
0.25 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 large Egg, Whole
1 tsp Kosher Salt

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Cake

Mix butter and sugar until creamed. Add eggs, mix until smooth. Add sour cream until blended. Add vanilla. Add dry ingredients and mix until lumpy. Use spatula to fold in blueberries. Batter will smooth quickly so getting lumps out not necessary - don't over mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 miutes.
