Recipe Ingredients for blueberry cake

1 stick Butter
0.75 cup Sugars, Granulated
1 large Egg, Whole
0.25 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 cup All-Purpose Flour
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 pint as purchased, yields Blueberries
0.5 cup Sugars, Granulated
1 tbsp Butter
0.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for blueberry cake

  1. cream 1 stick of butter until soft. Beat in 3/4C sugar. Add egg. Beat until fluffy. Stir in milk and vanilla until blended. Sitr in flour, salt, and baking powder. Fold in blueberries.

  2. Spoon into greased and floured 9 inch square pan. Combine 1/2C sugar, 1T butter and the cinnamon until crumbly. Spread on top of batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes
