Recipe Ingredients for blueberry buckwheat pancakes

0.5 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
0.5 cup Buckwheat Flour
0.25 tsp Salt, Table
1 serving Baking Powder
0.5 oz Turbinado Sugar
8 fl oz Original
1 medium Egg, Whole
1 tbsp Coconut Oil, Unrefined, Organic

Recipe Directions for blueberry buckwheat pancakes

  1. Mix dry ingredients first.

  2. Mix wet ingredients separately.

  3. Melt coconut oil to a room temp liquid and add to wet ingredients.

  4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir to a batter.

  5. 1/4 cup batter makes 1 pancake. Makes 8 pancakes with enough left for a tiny bitesized tester pancake.
