1/4 cup semi-skimmed milk
40 grams banana
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1/4 cup, unthawed Blueberries
1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
10 grams Chia Seeds, Dried
1/2 tsp sugar
1 raw egg white

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Buckwheat Bake

  1. Mash banana with a fork, until gooey.

  2. Whisk in milk, vanilla and egg white.

  3. Mix in buckwheat flour + groats, cinnamon, blueberries, baking powder, and chia seeds.

  4. Bake for 25 minutes or microwave on medium for 2 minutes.
