Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry Buckle

2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup milk
1 egg
2 cups blueberries
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Buckle

  1. Grease an 8x8 or 9x9" pan.

  2. Mix batter ingredients together (except the blueberries). Mix for 30 seconds with an electric mixer.

  3. Gently fold in blueberries. Spread batter in pan. It will be kind of thick.

  4. Mix topping ingredients together until crumbly. Sprinkle over batter. Bake for 25 minutes in a 375 oven.
