Healthy breakfast bar - tasty too

Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry Breakfast Bar

2 cups oats
1 cups blueberries
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup flour or 1/3 cup coconut flour
1 tbsp sugar
1/16 tsp arrowroot
1/3 cup walnuts

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Breakfast Bar

Mix together oats, walnuts, sugar & flour with melted vegetable margarine. Put blueberries, 1 tsp sugar and arrowroot into a saucepan and simmer gently for about 3 minutes until the arrowroot and sugar has dissolved. Place half the oat mixture into an 8 x 8 tin lines with foil (so that it can be lifted out) and press down. Pour the blueberries on top of that and then the other half of the mixture onto the blueberries and press down. Bake for 30 minutes at 180/5.
