Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry bread

4 tablespoons margarine
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
4 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 egg
3/4 cup low fat milk
1 cup blueberries

Recipe Directions for Blueberry bread

  1. Put a glass or metal pan in the oven at 350 degrees with the margarine in it. Allow the margarine to melt.

  2. Mix dry ingredients, then add wet ingredients, reserving the blueberries.

  3. When the margarine is melted, pour it into the batter and mix.

  4. Add the blueberries and stir to combine.

  5. Pour the batter back into the warm pan and bake about 25 minutes.
