Recipe Ingredients for blueberry bran muffins

1/4 cup oatmeal
3/4 cup wheat bran
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 cup 2% milk
1 tbsp. molasses
1/2 cup applesauce
1 cup blueberry
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Recipe Directions for blueberry bran muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. In a bowl combine all the dry ingredients.

  3. In a separate mixing bowl combine all the wet ingredients.

  4. Slowly add in the dry ingredients to your wet ingredients.

  5. Add blueberries last.

  6. Spoon evenly the muffin batter into thirteen muffin cups and bake for 15 minutes.
