Makes 12 servings



Use a flat baking pie to bake this cake. The dough feels like a biscuit & work with it gently after you put in the filler. The upper layer doesn't have fill the top layer, the blueberries can be seen. I spread it evenly but had some holes that were not fully filled and that's okay.

Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry biscuit Bake

2 c flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 c becel
1 c blueberries
2 eggs
1/2 c skim milk
1/2 c blueberry jam

The dough make it seperatly using a mixer. Layer the pan and it takes 25 minutes 425F
