Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry Bars

1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 cups fresh blueberries, washed
3 ounces butterscotch chips
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 tablespoons brown sugar

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Bars

  1. Stir flour, salt, baking soda.

  2. Mix oil and sugar together until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs.

  3. Add in dry ingredients.

  4. Fold in blueberries.

  5. Spread mixture into greased pan. Sprinkle with chips, nuts, and brown sugar.

  6. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
