Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry Banana Whole Grain Bread

2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup steel cut oats
1/4 tsp salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup flax seed
1 1/2 cup skim milk
1 cup dried blueberries
2 bananas
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 egg
4 oz Voskos Greek Yogurt (Plain, Non-Fat)
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
6 teaspoon Truvia

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Banana Whole Grain Bread

  1. Mix all dry ingredients

  2. Add milk, eggs, applesauce and vanilla.

  3. Mash banana with fork and add to mixture.

  4. Stir in pecans and blueberries.

  5. Bake in bundt cake pan for 45 min at 350 degrees or until toothpick stuck in middle comes out clean.
