1 medium banana Bananas
8 fl oz Original
2 tbsp Flax Seed

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Banana Smoothie

Pour almond milk in blender, add frozen blueberries and blend good. Then add banana, ground flax seed, and honey and blend for about 1 minute.
