Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry and Banana Shake

1/2 cup of Milk, nonfat, Fluid
1/2 cup of Milk, reduced fat 1%, Fluid
1 cup of frozen blueberries
1 small bananas

Recipe Directions for Blueberry and Banana Shake

  1. Add the milk, banana, blueberries to a blender (add a package of splenda for extra sweeting).

  2. Blend on Puree for 2 minutes.

  3. Pour into two cups
