Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry Banana Pancakes

2 cups flour
5 tsp cream of tartar
2 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1 banana
1/2 cup blueberries
5 tbs olive oil
2 egg whites
1 cup water

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Banana Pancakes

In a large bowl combine dry ingredient. Beat eggs and add to mixture. Add oil. Mash banana and add egg whites and enough water to make two cup of liquid. Combine in the large bowl. Add batter by dipper full to hot greased skillit. Place blueberries on top of each pancake and cook until nearly dry on top the turn over.
