2 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
0.5 cup Blueberries
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
3 tbsp Original Raw Chia Seeds
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
