- Preheat oven to 400DegF -Coat non-stick 12 cup muffin with cooking spray -mix flour, splenda, baking powder, baking soda & salt in a bowl -In separate bowl combine milk, oil, egg -mix into flour mixture until moist - Fold in banana and Blueberries(Or other berry) - makes 12 muffins

2 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
21 tsp SPLENDA
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1 cup Milk, Buttermilk, Fluid, Cultured, Lowfat
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 medium Egg, Whole
1 cup Blueberries
1 1/2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
