Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry Banana Muffin

5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
2 cup Blueberries
6 serving Agave Nectar
1 serving Baking Powder
7 serving Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Flour
0.5 tsp Baking Soda
0.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Banana Muffin

Pre-heat overn at 350 degrees. Combine 5 bananas, 1 1/4 cup gluten free flour, 1/2 cup agave syrup, 1tsp. vanilla extract, 1/2 tsp. baking soda, 1 tsp. baking powder and mix with hand mixer. Stir in 2 cups of blueberries. Place 1/4 cup batter in each muffin tin. Bake for 30 minutes.
