Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry and banana fruit smoothie

0.5 cup Blueberries
0.5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
0.25 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
0.33 serving blueberry low fat yogurt

Recipe Directions for Blueberry and banana fruit smoothie

Add 1/2 banana and 1/2 cup blueberries. 1/4 cup skim milk and 2 ounces low fat yogurt. Blend. Then add about two handfuls of crushed ice. Blend again.
