Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry Banana Bread

2 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1/8 tsp Baking Soda
1.25 tsp Baking Powder
1 cup, sliced Bananas
1 serving Sweet Potatoes
4 oz SPLENDA No Calorie
4 oz Sugars, Granulated
4 oz Vegetable Oil
2 large Egg, White
0.5 cup Blueberries
4 tbsp Flaxseed Meal

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Banana Bread

  1. Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Then add bananas, sweet potatoes, eggs, and oil. Mix well. May be lumpy due to banana chunks.

  2. Preheat overn to 350. Bake for an hour in a bread pan.
