Oil-free, reduced-sugar banana bread studded with juicy blueberries

Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry-banana bread

2 T lemon juice
1/3 c oat milk
3 large bananas
1/4 c agave syrup
1 t vanilla essence
12 scoops Stevia Powder
1 1/2 c wholewheat flour
1/2 c oats
3/4 t baking powder
3/4 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
1 c blueberries
6 serving Lifestream Calcium Powder

Recipe Directions for Blueberry-banana bread

  1. Preheat oven to 180 C. Line loaf pan with parchment or spray lightly with canola oil.

  2. Mix non-dairy milk with lemon juice and let stand to form buttermilk.

  3. Process oats to form flour.

  4. In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients.

  5. Mix in mashed banana, milk and agave until well-combined. Fold in blueberries.

  6. Spread mixture into pan and bake for about 40 minutes or until golden.
