A wonderfully moist and flavorful bread!

Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry Banana Bread

3 bananas, mashed
1 1/2 cups blueberries
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup sugar
8 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Banana Bread

  1. Mash bananas, add eggs, butter, nuts, vanilla (or almond extract) sugar, blueberries.

  2. Mix Dry ingredients, add wet to dry.

  3. Mix until wet.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees 30-35 minutes for two small loaves, at least 45 minutes for 1 large loaf.

  5. If top gets too brown, cover with foil.

  6. Bake until toothpick comes out clean.
