A healthier version of banana bread with whole wheat flour.

Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry Banana Bread

1/4 cup margarine
1/4 cup flaxseed
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup applesauce
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup banana
1/3 cup water
1 cup whole wheat flour
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 cup blueberries

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Banana Bread

  1. Mix sugar, applesauce, margarine and flax.

  2. Add eggs.

  3. Add bananas and water.

  4. Stir in rest of ingredients until moist.

  5. Add blueberries.

  6. Bake at 350 for 1 hour in a greased loaf pan.
