Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry & Banana Bran Muffins

120 grams Wheat Flour, White, Bread, Enriched
80 grams Milk
95 grams Sugars, Brown
125 grams Yoghurt
120 grams Sunflower, Linoleic, (Hydrogenated) Oil
2 large Egg, Whole
150 grams Oat Bran
2 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
4 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Bananas
150 grams Blueberries

Recipe Directions for Blueberry & Banana Bran Muffins

Preheat the oven to 180C. In a bowl, mix the milk, sugar, oil, yoghurt, eggs (lightly beaten), bran, flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Mash the bananas and add to the bowl. Mix. Add the blueberries and stir through lightly. Spoon into a 12-hole lightly greased muffin tin and bake for 25-30 minutes
