Recipe Ingredients for blueberry banana bran muffins

3/4 cup wheat bran
1/2 cup whole milk
1/6 cup applesauce
1/2 tbs safflower oil
1 egg
1/6 cup honey
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup blueberries
3 bananas

Recipe Directions for blueberry banana bran muffins

preheat oven to 375. mix bran with milk, allow to sit for 5-10 minutes. Add all of the rest of the wet ingredients plus the salt and cinnamon. Add the baking soda and baking powder. Mash bananas and add. add flour. add blueberries. bake at 375 for 20 minutes or until done!!
