Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry, Banana Bran Muffins

1 cup Milk, Buttermilk, Fluid, Cultured, Lowfat
1 cup, unthawed Blueberries
1/2 cup Oat Bran
1 cup Wheat Bran, Crude
8 tbsp Flaxseed Meal
1 cup Robin Hood All Purpose Whole Wheat Flour
1/4 cup, unpacked Sugars, Brown
4 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 cup, mashed Bananas
1 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for Blueberry, Banana Bran Muffins

Cream egg, oil, brown sugar, vanilla and mashed bananas. Add buttermilk, brans and flaxseed. Add remaining dry ingredients. Do not overmix. Add blueberries. Spoon into greased muffin tins and bake at 375F for 21 minutes (350 if convection).
