Delicious, moist, filling. So good they don't need any topping.

Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry Apple Oatmeal Pancakes

2/3 cup oats, regular
1/4 cup biscuit mix, Krusteaz buttermilk pancake
2/3 cup apples, peeled, finely chopped
1/2 cup blueberries
1 egg
1/4 cup yogurt, fat free
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons honey or agave nectar
1 dash of salt
6 tablespoons buttermilk, low fat

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Apple Oatmeal Pancakes

  1. Mix all ingredients except fruit just until moistened.

  2. Gently fold in fruit.

  3. Heat griddle to 325-350, spray with non-stick spray.

  4. Scoop batter by 1/3 cups, level. Add to hot griddle.

  5. Cook 1-2 minutes, turn. Cook 1-2 minutes more.

  6. 2 pancakes per serving.
